Predictive Analytics: Employee Churn Prediction

Among all the multiple aspects of human resource functions, attrition is painful and dreadful thing which an organization has to face inevitably. Along with employee, valuable knowledge built over the period also walks out of the door. Objective of this study is to predict whether an employee is going to stay or leave. We will calculate the probability of an employee leaving/resigning.

Using sample Kaggle dataset we built a random forest model with 97% accuracy in predicting when employee would leave a company.

This project is deployed using streamlt & heroku. You can test via : webapp

In this project, I sought to understand my mobile money usage. This helps you understand your M-Pesa inflows and outflows within a specified period. The Goal is to answer the following:

  1. Where does majority of my inflows come from?
  2. Where does my outflows go to?
  3. Who are top merchants I transact with?
  4. Which bills do I pay often?
